Acid Regeneration Plant
Spray Roasting Acid Regeneration technology is a mature process used in many systems worldwide. The principle is that the used acid reacts chemical with water and oxygen forming Fe2O3 and HCI under high temperature. The Silicon-removing device can be installed to improve the purity of Fe2O3. This system can recycle HCI above 90% and working together with picking unit will greatly lower HCI consumption and improve the pickling effort.
